Assessment Internship at T&S LAW – Capital Market Practice (NOIDA, On-Site)

T&S LAW is offering an Assessment Internship designed for candidates aiming to build a career in capital markets law. This role is ideal for those who combine legal precision with a results-driven approach, and who are ready to commit to intensive, undiluted working hours in a professional setting.

The internship focuses on applying the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks to practical legal work. Interns will be expected to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and approach tasks with diligence and attention to detail.


Eligibility

  1. Education:
    • 5th-year law students, or
    • Graduated law students
      (Note: Students in 4th year or below should refer to T&S LAW’s separate internship policy.)
  2. Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong legal research and drafting abilities
    • Demonstrated interest in capital market law
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently
    • Quick learner with capacity for practical application of knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting CIBIL and Promoter Watchout checks, legal research, and drafting
  • Assisting in IPR Due Diligence and reviewing investment-related chapters
  • Handling legalities related to appointment of directors and other compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013

Location

  • NOIDA – On-site presence required for the duration of the internship
