This Delhi-based Arbitration Chamber, led by Ganesh Chandra Kabi, Advocate & Engineer, deals with construction arbitration, claim settlement, pre-arbitral support, and contract advisory. Who Should Apply?
- Penultimate or final year of LL.B (3/5 years)
- Interested in arbitration, commercial law, or infrastructure law
- Can research, draft, and handle documents without hand-holding
- Knows basic MS Word/Excel
This is an in-office internship in Delhi for October and November 2025. Only 2 spots per month, so don’t wait.
What You’ll Actually Do
Forget coffee runs. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Draft and review pleadings, applications, replies, and submissions for Arbitral Tribunals
- Conduct research on arbitration, contracts, and construction law
- Prepare case briefs, notes, and research memos
- Maintain trackers, case files, and databases
- Draft chronology of events for internal use
- Help prep for arbitral hearings, including briefings and documents
- Attend client meetings/hearings (confidentially) and take notes
- Handle other legal/admin tasks as needed
