Eligibility
The internship is open to:
- Penultimate and final-year law students from institutions recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- LLM candidates.
Candidates are expected to have strong research and drafting skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Location and Mode
The internship will be conducted at the New Delhi office of Chambers of Abhinav Mishra. Selected candidates are expected to attend the office physically and work closely with the team.
What Interns Can Expect
The internship involves practical exposure to legal research, drafting and proceedings across different areas of legal practice.
Interns may get an opportunity to:
- Conduct legal drafting and research on disputes and advisory matters.
- Attend court and tribunal proceedings.
- Observe and assist in client meetings and strategy discussions with senior lawyers.
- Work on disputes and regulatory issues across multiple practice areas.
- Receive mentorship from senior lawyers and associates.
The internship also provides exposure to Constitutional Law, Civil & White-Collar Crime Trials, Appeals, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Arbitration, Taxation, Electricity Law, Aviation Law and Corporate Advisory.
Interns will also receive a certificate of completion and, based on performance, strong letters of recommendation. Office-related expenses and late-hour commutes will be reimbursed.
Stipend
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000, depending on performance and prior experience.
