What You Will Do

As an intern, you won’t just sit behind a desk. At MarkShield, you’ll:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research in IP matters.
  • Assist in drafting applications, plaints, cease-and-desist notices, and enforcement strategies.
  • Review and summarize case laws, prepare articles, and contribute to real IP projects.
  • Work on trademark, copyright, and design registrations.
  • Get first-hand litigation exposure, including court visits.
