This internship is ideal for students looking to gain practical exposure in litigation, trial courts, High Court, Supreme Court, and tribunals. Internship Role & Responsibilities

During the internship, selected students will:

  • Assist in criminal and civil cases before trial courts
  • Work on High Court and Supreme Court matters, especially in criminal law
  • Observe and assist in proceedings before tribunals like PMLAA, CAT, and DRT
  • Gain exposure to drafting petitions, replies, and legal documents
  • Learn the fundamentals of courtroom procedure and client interaction
  • Enhance their legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities in a fast-paced litigation setup

Freshers are also welcome to apply, even without prior legal experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to law students PAN India
  • Preference will be given to:
    • 3rd, 4th, and 5th-year students of BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., B.Tech LL.B.
    • 2nd and 3rd-year students of the 3-year LL.B. program
  • Candidates must demonstrate punctuality, commitment, and a strong work ethic
  • Basic knowledge of law is expected
