Roles & Responsibilities
As a legal intern at Instaresz, you will:
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents (contracts, NDAs, MoUs).
- Support compliance checks, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal research in Corporate, IT, IP, Data Privacy, and Labor Laws.
- Assist with intellectual property filings and documentation.
- Prepare legal summaries, risk assessments, and policy documents.
