National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ) has announced the second edition of its Short-Term Online Certificate Course on Foundations of Indian Constitutional Law.
This 3-month course is designed for:
- Law students who wish to strengthen their foundation in constitutional law.
- Working professionals seeking to enhance their legal and policy knowledge.
- Competitive exam aspirants preparing for judicial services, UPSC, or other law-related exams.
The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Indian Constitution, its framework, fundamental rights, and governance institutions.

Focus Areas & Modules
The certificate course covers key areas of Indian Constitutional Law:
- Constitutional Framework – History, making, and key principles.
- Fundamental Rights – Scope, interpretation, and judicial trends.
- Governance Institutions – Parliament, Executive, Judiciary, and federal relations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Working Professionals: 50% marks in graduation/post-graduation.
- Students Pursuing Graduation: 50% marks in the last obtained result.
- Relaxation: 5% for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwD/EWS candidates.
📌 Note: Candidates withdrawing before 10th October 2025 will get a refund after deduction of ₹1000 administrative charges.
