About the Internship
KMJ Legal is inviting applications for its September 2025 Internship Programme. The internship is designed for law students who want hands-on litigation experience combined with exposure to corporate and international policy advisory.
This is not a large intake internship. Only three interns will be selected for September 2025, ensuring that interns receive close mentorship and meaningful assignments instead of routine clerical work.
Interns will work on:
- Drafting and research for civil and criminal litigation
- Supporting the team in arbitration and dispute resolution
- Assisting in corporate advisory and regulatory matters
- Exposure to international policy frameworks
- Learning the nuances of courtroom practice and client handling
Eligibility Criteria
To maintain quality and ensure dedicated mentorship, the chambers has laid down specific eligibility requirements:
- Must be in penultimate (4th year of a 5-year course / 2nd year of a 3-year course) OR final year of law school
- Preference to candidates residing in New Delhi (for convenience of in-person internship)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Interest or experience in litigation, commercial law, or corporate law
- Good command over English and legal drafting
