Who can participate?
The challenge is primarily for students pursuing recognised law programmes in India, including LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., LL.M. and other recognised programmes. Students from all years are welcome.
How much does it cost?
Early Bird registration is ₹49. Regular registration is ₹99. Early Bird pricing is available only during the published Early Bird period.
How many questions are there?
50 single-correct multiple-choice questions.
How much time do I get?
30 minutes from the time the challenge begins.
Is there negative marking?
No. There is no negative marking in this challenge.
Can I attempt the challenge more than once?
No. Each participant receives one attempt only.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete the challenge according to the rules will receive a digital participation certificate. Certificates are not equivalent to academic credit or professional certification.
Will I receive my score and performance information?
Yes. Participants will receive their score, percentage, rank, percentile, detailed answer explanations and a personal performance report.
Will there be a leaderboard?
Yes. An official LexSaathi leaderboard will be published according to the final rules.
Can I use Google or AI during the challenge?
No. External search engines, AI tools, notes and assistance from any other person are strictly prohibited during the assessment.
What happens if I have a technical problem?
Participants should report genuine technical issues immediately through the official support channel. Resolution will follow the published technical-issue policy.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility will be governed by the published Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before registering.

Constitution & Fundamental Rights
These Rules & Participation Terms govern participation in LexSaathi Legal Challenge #01 (“Challenge”), organised by LexSaathi. Participants are advised to read these terms carefully before registering.
Eligibility
- The Challenge is open to students enrolled in recognised law programmes in India.

Eligible participants may include students pursuing:
- LL.B.
- B.A. LL.B.
- B.B.A. LL.B.
- B.Com. LL.B.
- LL.M.
- Other recognised law programmes.
- Students from all academic years may participate.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Each individual may register only once.

Challenge Schedule
The Challenge is scheduled for 6 September 2026.
Participants should follow the official instructions communicated by LexSaathi regarding access to the assessment.
Independent Participation
Each participant must complete the Challenge independently.
External assistance, including assistance from another person, notes, search engines or AI tools, is not permitted during the assessment.
Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not:
- Use AI tools during the Challenge.
- Use external search engines during the Challenge.
- Receive assistance from another person.
- Share questions or answers with another participant.
- Attempt to obtain an unfair advantage.
Disqualification
A participant may be disqualified where there is a violation of the published Challenge rules or evidence of prohibited assistance or conduct.
LexSaathi reserves the right to review participation where a genuine concern regarding rule compliance arises.
Scoring & Ranking
Participants will receive their score and percentage based on their performance in the Challenge.
Rank and percentile information may also be provided based on the final results.
There is no negative marking.
Results & Leaderboard
Final results are expected to be published on 10 September 2026.
An official LexSaathi leaderboard will be published based on the final results and applicable Challenge rules.

Technical Issues

Resolution of technical issues will follow the applicable technical-issue policy and the circumstances of the case.
Cancellation or Postponement
LexSaathi reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the Challenge where circumstances require such action.
Participants will be informed through the official communication channels where such a change occurs.
Intellectual Property
Challenge questions, explanations, materials and other content provided by LexSaathi are intended for the registered participant's use in connection with the Challenge.
Participants must not reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially use Challenge content without permission.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable LexSaathi Refund Policy.
Participants should review the Refund Policy before completing registration.
Privacy
Information provided during registration may be processed for registration, payment verification, Challenge administration, results, certificates and event-related communication in accordance with LexSaathi's Privacy Policy.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information and following all Challenge instructions and rules.
Participants should ensure that they have suitable internet access and the required device to participate in the online assessment.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Challenge, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Rules & Participation Terms and agree to comply with them.
Final Administrative Authority
LexSaathi will administer the Challenge in accordance with the published rules, registration information, Challenge instructions and applicable policies.
Participants should rely on official LexSaathi communications for Challenge-related updates.
